Description:
Room patients to exam rooms and perform initial assessment of patient’s vital signs. Update the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) with relevant information. Assist provider with patient exams and other in-office procedures. Updates and maintains providers’ daily office schedule Respond to patient telephone calls and document conversations in patient’s chart/phone triage. Schedule patient surgeries. Facilitate patient care by assuring clinician's orders are entered and follow-up occurs. Maintains a clean working environment. Other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2+ year of medical assisting experience OBGYN and/or women's health experience highly preferred National MA cert (NCCT, AAMA, RMA, etc.) Graduate from an accredited medical assisting program required CPR Certification EMR/EHR experience Excellent customer service/patient care Proven reliability and good attendance Ability to float between NW Portland & SW Portland clinic locations
