Actalent Plumbing Design Engineer in Raleigh, North Carolina
Description:
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing plumbing systems, including calculations of water, gas, sanitary/sewer, and storm loads. They will also be expected to develop project specifications, perform site evaluations, attend meetings with clients and project teams, and provide construction administration. Responsibilities • Design plumbing systems, including calculations of water, gas, sanitary/sewer, and storm loads. • Develop project specifications and perform site evaluations. • Attend meetings with clients and project teams. • Develop contract drawings from Schematics through Construction Documents. • Prepare filing drawings. • Provide construction administration, including reviewing submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders.
