Actalent Validation Engineer in Raleigh, North Carolina

Job Title: Validation/Delta-V Engineer

Job Description

The Validation/Delta-V Engineer is responsible for integrating new hardware and software systems, as well as maintaining, troubleshooting, and modifying existing GMP and non-GMP control systems. This role involves working embedded onsite for a 6-12 month contract.

Hard Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

  • Experience in computer systems validation

  • Emerson Delta V programming (Hyper V Hosting)

  • Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11

  • Experience with Automation infrastructure and logic

  • Experience in the Biopharmaceutical industry

  • Relevant work experience in design, build, test, and ongoing operations support

  • Knowledge of GMP (Good Automated Manufacturing Practices) and GDP

  • Developing and executing IQ, OQ, and PQ

Soft Skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex systems

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication skills

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6-12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Work Environment

Embedded onsite at client site in Raleigh for a 6-12 month contract.

The work week is M-F, 9-5.

40hours per week. Anything over that is booked as overtime.
