Job Title: Electrical Drafter
Job Description
We are seeking an Electrical Drafter with more than 3 years of experience to join an innovative Electrical Engineering Consulting firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up electrical engineering projects in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, drafting electrical designs including lighting, power, and technology/communications/low voltage systems. Furthermore, the individual will assist in troubleshooting issues in the model as projects progress to completion, work in close coordination with project engineers to produce 2D/3D model electrical plans accurately and efficiently, and uphold the highest level of client service based on trust and responsiveness.
Hard Skills
3+ years experience as an Electrical Drafter
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
Experience in drafting electrical designs including lighting, power, and technology/communications/low voltage systems
Ability to troubleshoot issues in the model as projects progress to completion
Experience in working with project engineers to produce 2D/3D model electrical plans
Soft Skills
Excellent coordination and teamwork skills
High level of client service based on trust and responsiveness
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Reno, Nevada.
Work Environment
Our project types include airports, healthcare, transportation, K-12 and higher education, and sports facilities/parks. We maintain a business casual dress code. Please note that applicants must be eligible to work in the US.
