Actalent Controls Engineer in Sandusky, Ohio
Job Title: Controls EngineerJob Description
As a Controls Engineer, you will primarily focus on developing control systems, including modifying existing systems and developing new ones. You will be responsible for keeping automation lines operational by troubleshooting machinery and supporting customers. Your tasks will include creating new schematics, bills of materials, programs, and applications, as well as engaging in system-level design. Additionally, you will develop PLC and HMI exclusively using Allen Bradley. The role requires up to 15-20% travel annually, mostly in the eastern half of the U.S. and occasionally into Canada for start-ups.

Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Sandusky, Ohio and some days remote.
Work Environment
Hybrid role; in office 3 days per week, with flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.
