Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our dynamic team. The main function of this role is to assist in performing various assigned duties including trouble shooting, training, and making work flow recommendations. Responsibilities include conducting blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, recording maintenance data and decontamination, updating patient information, and ensuring specimen integrity during transport. The ideal candidate will clearly explain the process of venipuncture and other specimen collections, demonstrating techniques with straight and butterfly needles, and fully understanding physician orders.
Hard Skills
Valid Phlebotomy certification
Experience performing venipunctures
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Soft Skills
Ability to communicate clearly and courteously
Adept at trouble shooting and training
Detail-oriented

This is a fully on-site position in Seattle, Washington.
