Job Title: Program Manager

Placement Type: 6 Month contract with strong likelihood of extension based on performance

Project Scope: Your primary assignment is to develop a marketing program for the newly launched internal service that is a self-service order entry tool for 3D printing (3DP) part orders. This is the first internally developed software tool that we have deployed to reduce manual order entry and enable growth for 3DP. We need this program to drive self-service order volume so we can focus manual engineering and design efforts to our machining business (CNC and sheet metal). We need marketing efforts to drive the following core outputs:

1) increase overall awareness of our program

2) increase page views and traffic

3) increase number of consultation requests, and increase total number of orders placed through this program. The project entails the following:

• Partner with product management to identify the largest and most applicable target market segment within our organization (eligible job families, levels, country regions, business units, etc.)

• Create and maintain a promotional email distribution list for internal marketing email purposes.

• Work with the Product Design/ UX strategist to develop core branding elements (Typeface, logo, colors).

• Work with BD and Product to finalize core messaging.

• Develop a marketing communications plan that encompasses the following tactical activities/ placements.

• Recurring email campaigns / newsletters

• A2Z placement and article

• Posters

• Events (Educational Webinars, RoboTalk, Principal Talks, etc.)

• Tours (BFI99, SEA109)

• Improve the wiki with additional content, images, case studies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business (BA) or Sciences (BS)

• 5-7 years professional experience

• 2+ years in industrial manufacturing

• 2+ years in program management

• 1+ year in consumer or B2B marketing

• Bonus if they have a portfolio of similar projects

Profile of contractor in role:

• Meets the above but without the experience in industrial manufacturing and marketing.
