Job Title: BIM Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a BIM Manager with proficiency in Construction and Design BIM to support the execution of BIM requirements and processes across our Global Customer Fulfillment program. This vital role will act as the primary liaison among key internal design stakeholder teams, Pre-Construction and Construction Execution teams, external design teams, and general contractors to execute internal and external coordination workflows. Responsibilities include developing a clear understanding of technical design standards/templates for assigned building types, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for BIM standards and coordination workflows, supporting pre-construction and construction management teams, engaging with design and construction management to implement BIM standards from bid phase through construction, ensuring alignment of project stakeholders, leading problem-solving teams, organizing proposal requirements for BIM, and operating strategically in all role responsibilities. The role may require up to 20% travel.
Hard Skills

3-5 years of project management/administration experience from design development through construction administration on commercial projects

This is a fully remote position.
Work Environment
The role involves working with various project teams building fulfillment centers, attending coordination meetings, and dealing with scope issues related to architects. You will collaborate closely with internal teams focused on engineering and design. This is a salaried position that requires strategic operation and may offer opportunities for travel.
