Job Title: Food Safety Compliance Coordinator
Job Description
As a Food Safety Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing, administering, and ensuring compliance with all SQF, HACCP, and FSMA systems, policies, programs, and procedures at our local facility. Your role will include managing the HACCP plan, scheduling and maintaining sampling and testing programs, ensuring company Quality and Food Safety policy compliance, serving as liaison with FSIS, administering Food Safety Orientation Training, completing required audits, and ensuring accurate product labeling to comply with regulations.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in South Chesterfield, Virginia.
Work Environment
Standard hours are 8-5 Monday to Friday, with flexibility required for weekends and late nights during audits. Travel up to 15% of the time. Work is performed in a plant, laboratory, or office environment which includes exposure to hot/cold temperatures and loud noise. The role involves frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. The position requires frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination for office machinery operation and effective interpersonal communication.
