Job Title: Process Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Process Engineer to optimize and enhance manufacturing and industrial processes. As a Process Engineer, you will analyze existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance operational performance. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting machines (including manual/CNC lathes, mills, and grinding machines), proposing innovative solutions, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and developing standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.

  • Coordinate process improvement projects.

  • Troubleshoot machines on the shop floor.

  • Propose innovative solutions to enhance productivity and quality.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate workflows and identify bottlenecks.

  • Implement lean manufacturing principles.

  • Conduct process audits.

  • Develop standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).

  • 2-3 years of experience as a process engineer in manufacturing.

  • Experience with tight tolerance and lean manufacturing.

  • Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar tools for design review.

  • Hands-on machining experience (manual lathe, mill, or grinding machines).

  • Soft skills: problem-solving, critical thinking, team collaboration, effective communication.

Job Type: Permanent position.
