Actalent Professional Land Surveyor in Springfield, Massachusetts

- Actalent is looking to hire a Professional Land Surveyor with a MA license to win future projects and grow the company
Job Description:
This is a mix of an office and field role. 50% of a candidates time will be spent handling project management duties while the other 50% of the time will be spent in the field.
Work includes participation in the project scoping process, land records research and interpretation, and occasional field work
Provide technical oversite for all land surveying services including boundary surveys, utility surveys, construction layout, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, and subdivisions
Project scoping for preparation of proposals
Must Haves:
5+ years of construction land surveying
Land Surveying License for the state of Massachusetts
Proficient with surveying software including AutoCAD Civil 3D and Carlson Survey
