Job Title: Sr. Safety Manager
Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Safety Manager for a high profile, 7-story vertical construction build located on Davis Island. Your role will be pivotal in supporting all safety efforts on the project and promoting the company's safety culture. Your responsibility will include preplanning for safety through scope review, preconstruction meetings, JHA review, STAs, and maintaining all safety related documentation. You will utilize SafetyNet to audit and monitor project team implementation of the Safety Plan, and perform at least 15 SafetyNet inspections/month with at least 100 observations each inspection. As a Project Safety Manager, you will provide safety training to project teams on Company, client and OSHA requirements, investigate all accidents/near misses and complete all paperwork required. You will also serve as the project liaison and manage project correspondence with insurance carriers. Additionally, you will be responsible for the development and supervision of project Safety Managers, ensuring project teams have safety equipment and resources.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing one safety coordinator. You will also play a key role in developing the safety culture across all the sub-contractors.
