Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our world-class operations team. In this crucial role, you will drive continuous improvement, optimize production processes, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality. This role will involve working closely with an Operations Supervisor and a Technical Manager, overseeing a specific cell on the manufacturing line. Your efforts will help bring the Terre Haute facility back to technical excellence and achieve productivity goals.
Hard Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering preferred)
1-3+ years of experience in process/manufacturing/industrial engineering environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Mentoring and supervision skills
Work Environment
85% to 95% on the floor monitoring specific work cell / 10% to 15% creating & reviewing process plans. The work schedule is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday, with a 40 to 45 hour work week
