Job Title: Engineering Manager
Job Description
As an Engineering Manager, you will provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering and project teams in the development of solutions. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet organizational goals, while supplying expertise and guidance on projects, operations, and systems. You will draft and execute change controls, ECRs, and SOPs in compliance with FDA regulations. You will also be responsible for reviewing and understanding construction drawings including PFDs, P&IDs, and architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings. Additionally, you will implement strategic engineering and development initiatives, serve as the Engineering Subject Matter Expert (SME) during various project phases, support Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and HAZOPs, resolve scope changes, work with procurement on equipment purchases and contractor agreements, and lead project execution meetings. You will also support validation execution as an SME, coordinate Commissioning and Qualification of Facilities, Utilities and Equipment, drive process improvements, and perform other duties as assigned.
