Job Title: Civil Engineer
Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Civil Engineer with project management experience to join our team! This role is based in a small civil engineering firm with a diverse portfolio of projects that includes storm water modeling, storm water design, commercial and light industrial permitting and design, retail projects, public projects, and utilities infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities will involve client interfacing, communication, writing proposals, budgeting, reviewing design work, compiling plan sets, and assisting designers. While we prefer candidates with Professional Engineer (PE) certification, we are open to Engineer in Training (EIT) level candidates with relevant project management experience.

Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Troutdale, Oregon and some days remote.
Work Environment
Our office is located in downtown Troutdale. It's a small but vibrant firm with a beautiful, naturally lit open-air concept office. We place emphasis on being in the office, but we understand the need for flexibility and offer a hybrid working model if needed. You will be part of a small, dynamic team comprised of 3 Professional Engineers and 2 designers. Our firm operates on a flat structure, offering each member the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects.
