Job Title: Product EngineerJob Description
We are seeking a dynamic Product Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will analyze research data and proposed product specifications to determine the feasibility of product proposals. You will also confer with research personnel to clarify or resolve problems and develop designs. Other responsibilities include preparing product and detailed drawings, coordinating the manufacturing or building of prototype product systems, and planning and developing experimental test programs. You will analyze test data and reports to determine if a design meets functional and performance specifications. Additionally, you will work with standard organizations such as ANSI, NEMA, IEEE, and EPRI, mentor and manage the performance of department staff, and act as a change agent to drive continuous improvement.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Work Environment
Our primary work location is our main office in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This role also requires working in our production facility and warehouse. The noise level in the office is usually moderate, and there is typical machinery noise in the production facility. Safety glasses and safety shoes are required during entry to the production facility and warehouse.
