Job Title: Superintendent for Large-Scale Construction Projects
Job Description
Seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead ground-up construction projects, primarily focusing on schools and multi-family commercial buildings.
The ideal candidate will manage projects valued over $50 million, overseeing all aspects of construction from inception to completion.
This role involves both on-site supervision and administrative duties in the office, ensuring project efficiency and success.
Qualifications
10+ years of Superintendent experience at a COMMERCIAL GC working on schools or other LARGE base-build projects specifically
5+ years of commercial construction experience (GROUND UP IS REQUIRED - THIS IS 90% of what they do - interiors-only folks are irrelevant here
Bachelor's degree in AEC
