Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description
This position will be responsible for the creation, documentation, and implementation of manufacturing processes to improve product throughput, reliability, and quality using analytical tools and techniques.
Responsibilities
Develop and document manufacturing processes to enhance product throughput, reliability, and quality.
Utilize analytical tools and techniques to identify and implement continuous improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
Apply Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles to drive efficiency.
Create and maintain work instructions for assembly and machining processes.
Essential Skills
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience around OEM vehicles.
Minimum 5 years experience with lean processes, work instructions, and ERP systems.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
Strong experience in process engineering and continuous improvement.
Experience with machining and assembly operations.
Work Environment
Hands-on environment with involvement from everyone on the floor and leadership. The facility includes a workout facility on the top floor with a trainer available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Employees can enjoy a great culture and the unique experience of seeing vehicles come to life.
