Job Title: Inside Sales SpecialistJob Description
We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Specialist responsible for a wide range of duties. The successful candidate will be tasked with learning and understanding our automation products and their features in depth, and will use this knowledge to solve problems for our customers. This role requires the ability to interpret customer requirements and make technical manufacturer recommendations. Other responsibilities include generating quotations with calculated lead times, BOM and pricing, as well as reporting and handling customer leads, prospects, and opportunities. The ideal candidate will be an advocate for the customer's needs and will actively seek feedback from customers.

Work Environment
Our work environment is a fast-paced office setting, operating 5 days a week from 8-5, Monday through Friday. We maintain a business casual dress code and encourage our team members to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
