Lab Assistant:

• Perform specimen collection and preparation.

• Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.

• Assist in conducting tests and experiments under supervision.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Document and report test results accurately.

Lab Technician:

• Conduct complex laboratory tests.

• Analyze and interpret data from tests.

• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.

• Prepare and handle specimens and samples.

• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

Pharmacy Technician:

• Fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently.

• Compound medications, such as ointments and other specialized formulations.

• Communicate with nursing staff via phone to verify prescription details and dosages.

• Manage a high volume of prescriptions, serving a large healthcare facility with 1000 beds.

• Label prescriptions with appropriate information and instructions.

• Adhere strictly to pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance and patient safety.

• 1-3+ years of experience in a pharmacy or production-based role (e.g., serving, warehouse, assembly).

• Pharmacy technician certification is preferred but not required upon hire. If not certified, candidates must obtain certification within 1 year of starting the position.
