Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Mechanical Engineer, where you will be instrumental in the mechanical and piping design of stainless steel food manufacturing equipment. You will handle customer orders from inception to completion, create 3D models using Autodesk Inventor, and generate 2D drawings for internal and external manufacturing processes. Your role will also involve leading projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, and assisting in sales estimates for new quotes. Additionally, you will perform and participate in design reviews with our engineering team to evaluate and enhance new designs.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Winsted, Minnesota and some days remote.
Work Environment
Enjoy a flexible hybrid work schedule with 2 or 3 days in the office located near Festival Foods on East Washington in Madison, WI. Our team consists of 15 dedicated engineers and designers across Madison and Winstead, MN. Although manufacturing has been relocated to MN, occasional travel to MN is required for project reviews, typically lasting 2-3 days with a company rental included.
