Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Hygienist to join the team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about oral health, patient care, and professional growth. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing top-quality dental care and ensuring our patients maintain optimal oral health.

Responsibilities:

· Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and polishing.

· Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including periodontal evaluations and oral cancer screenings.

· Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of maintaining good oral health.

· Take and develop dental X-rays.

· Apply preventive materials such as fluoride treatments and sealants.

· Collaborate with dentists to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.

· Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

· Follow infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe and sterile environment.

· Assist with patient scheduling and follow-up care as needed.

Qualifications:

· Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of New York.

· Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality care.

· Ability to work well in a team environment.
