Actalent Construction Superintendent in Worthington, Ohio

Description:

The Construction Superintendent is responsible for schedule, budget, material ordering, sub-contractor management.

Knowledge of safety and OSHA standards

Submit RFIs for design questions to the internal design team, architect, or engineer

Log construction progress and submit daily/weekly reports to project manager and client

Assist with change requests and change orders

Read blueprints, schematics, designs and drawings and assist sub-contractors with any necessary questions changes and scheduling issues.

Submit building permitting, schedule building and engineering inspections,

Work with management on productivity, costs, quality control, document management and processing of applications for payment

Finalize final punch list and assist with completion of work

OSHA 30

Experience with ICC (International Code Council) and IBC 2018 (International Building Code)
